MODE OF ACTION

LIGOPLEX® Ca contains a high concentration of Calcium complexed entirely with ammonium ligninsulphonate (LSA), an organic molecule deriving from lignin, which is able to penetrate rapidly through the leaf cuticle and carry micronutrients inside vegetal tissues.
​
LIGOPLEX® Ca prevents physiological disorders due to Calcium deficiency (bitter pit in pome fruits, blossom end rot in solanaceous crops, tip burn on leafy vegetables, leaf and stalk spot of melon) and improves the firmness of green tissues and fruit, extending their shelf-life. Thanks to LSA, LIGOPLEX® Ca Ca can be applied on soft leaf surfaces with no risk of phytotoxicity.
